Our range includes:
- Soft, thin, flexible breads pre-folded to create an alternative and innovative sandwich carrier. These breads can be supplied in a variety of different flavours.
- A soft, thin, unleavened Indian bread traditionally eaten in the North of India, made from finely ground chapatti flour and baked on a cast iron surface. It is an ideal accompaniment to any Indian meal.
- A traditional flatbread of the Middle-east which is soft and pliable and is typically used as an accompaniment to meals. It is also an ideal sandwich carrier when used to wrap around a filling of choice.
- An oval-shaped Mediterranean flatbread which can be opened up to form a pocket and stuffed with a variety of fillings. Pitta can be served alongside main dishes or cut into wedges and used to dip in mezze dishes.
- A rich flatbread of South Asian origin, made with Ghee (clarified butter) to provide a layered and flaky texture
- A hybrid range of products encompassing traditional Mexican flavours together with innovative flatbread production techniques. These products have been designed for use as meal accompaniments or as alternative sandwich carriers.
- Most of our various bread types can be produced to include added value ingredients as toppings or fillings. These may include dairy products or meats.
